Best Pork Roast

This is by far our favorite way to cook pork roast. Cutting the roast into cubes before cooking ensures evenly-cooked, tender bites that are ready to eat as soon as they are done cooking. Cooking in bone broth makes them so juicy, flavorful, and nutritious!

Ingredients
- (1) Pork Roast
- (1 tsp. (per pound of roast)) Salt
- Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic
- Onion Powder or Chopped Onion
- (1/4 tsp. per pound of roast) Cumin
- (1/4 tsp. per pound of roast) Paprika
- (1/4 tsp. per pound of roast) Oregano
- (1/8 tsp. per pound of roast) Black Pepper
- (1 quart) Chicken Bone Broth
Directions
- Thaw the Pork Roast and Bone Broth before cooking.
- Cut Pork Roast into 1 inch cubes and place into the crock pot or instant pot.
- Add Salt, Garlic, Onion, Cumin, Paprika, Oregano, and Black Pepper to the pork cubes and stir to coat them in the seasoning.
- Cover the pork cubes in Chicken Bone Broth and put the lid on.

Crock Pot Cooking Instructions:
Cook on High for 1 hour, then change to low for 6-8 hours.
Instant Pot Cooking Instructions:
Pressure Cook on High for 20 minutes. Natural release for 10 minutes before fully releasing the pressure valve.
