Thaw the turkey and debone the thigh. Cut turkey into 1/2 inch thick pieces for quick and easy grilling. Season pieces with Kosher salt and let sit covered in the refrigerator several hours or overnight. Then coat the turkey generously with Italian salad dressing. We use this homemade Italian dressing recipe from Betty Crocker. Let the turkey sit covered once again for a several hours or overnight.
Heat the grill to high and place the 1/2 inch thick slices on the grill. Grill on high heat for a couple minutes on each side and then finish grilling on a low heat until done. Serve and enjoy!
