The frame of the chicken is what is left once the breasts, tenders, legs&thighs, and wings have been removed. This frame still has bits of meat, fat reserves, and gelatin for making wonderful nutrient/mineral dense broth for soups and other favorite recipes. The package of three will be aproximately 4lbs.
