$100 deposit due when order is placed |Additional processing fee applies

This is a pre-order. A deposit of $100 will be charged when you place the order. The rest will be charged after processing. Pigs will be ready around the middle of July.

After the order is placed. We will contact you to create a cut order which will include your choice of cuts and package sizes. 
 
Total cost is estimated as follows:

Meat cost:

Approximate hanging weight: 200-240lb. priced at $3.50/lb

Example: 220 lb. Hanging weight @ $3.50/lb. will be $770. Processing will be added to this amount. 

Processing cost:
 

  • Butcher $40.00
  • Cut, package, and freeze: $0.87/lb.
  • Sausage links are an additional $.90/lb.
  • Natural cured meats are an additional $1.15/lb. 

(Average processing cost for normal cut order and standard cured meats is about $255)

Approximate take home meat: 155 lbs.
