- (1 pint) Dairy - Cottage Cheese
- (2 Tbsp.) Dry Parsley Flakes
- (1/2 Tbsp.) Dry Oregano
- (1/2 Tbsp.) Salt

Prepare Ingredients: Brown Ground Beef on stove top and drain. Boil water in sauce pan and add Noodles, cook until tender. Stir Spaghetti Sauce into cooked and drained Ground Beef, set aside. Shred block of Monterey Jack Cheese, set aside. Mix Cottage Cheese, Parsley, Oregano, and Salt together and set aside.
Prepare Lasagna: In a 9"x13" baking pan (or other deep baking pan of similar size) layer the above ingredients in the following order: 3noodles, 1/3 of the ground beef, 1/3 of Cottage Cheese mix, 1/3 of Monterey Jack, (repeat), Last 3 noodles, last of Monterey Jack, last of Cottage Cheese mix, last of Ground Beef. Lasagna can also be prepared ahead as a freezer meal:
(1)Simply place the prepared lasagna in the refridgerator or freezer for baking at a later time or...
(2)Bake the lasagna as instructed, then package individual portions into freezer safe containers and freeze for easy individual meals that just have to be heated up.
