- Boneless New York Strip 1” thick; 2 per pack.
- Fillet 1” thick; 2 per pack.
- Ribeye 1” thick 2 per pack.
- Sirloin Steak 1" thick; 1 per pack.
- Sirloin Tip Roast 2-3 pounds.
- Rump roast 2-3 pounds.
- Chuck Roast 2-3 pounds.
- Arm Roast (bone-in) 2-3 pounds.
- Inside Round 1-1.5 pounds.
- Short ribs 1.5 pound packs.
