Pork Half Hog

$50 deposit due when order is placed |Additional processing fee applies

This is a pre-order. A deposit of $50 will be charged when you place the order. The pork will be ready to pick up around the middle of July.

After the order is placed, we will will contact you about creating a cut order with your choice of cuts and package sizes. 

The total cost is estimated as follows:


Meat cost:

Approximate hanging weight: 100-120 lb. priced at $3.50/lb.

Example: 110 lb. hanging weight @ $3.50/lb. will be $385.00. Processing cost will be added to this amount.  

Processing cost:
 

  • Butcher $20.00 
  • Cut, package, and freeze $0.87/lb. to cut wrap and freeze. 
  • Natural cured meats are an additional $1.15/lb. 
  • Links are an additional $0.90/lb.

(Average processing cost for normal cut order and standard cured meats about $128.00)

Approximate take home meat: 77 lbs.
