Grass Finished Lamb & Mutton: Organ

Lamb, sheep, and mutton are a great way to add variety to your meat selection and has a savory flavor all its own! Rotationally grazed in a sustainable and regenerative manner, our flock is 100% grass finished and never fed grain.

Lamb is from an animal that is less than 1 year old. it is very tender and has a more mild flavor than older sheep.

Sheep refers to a young sheep, just over a year old, that is no longer able to be considered lamb, but still produces tender, flavorful cuts.

Mutton is from an older sheep. It is not quite as tender and carries a strong flavor.

Our flock grazes across open pastures year-round. This results in flavorful cuts of lamb and mutton. They are never fed any grain and hormones and antibiotics are never used.

Whether it’s a special occasion or you just like to eat lamb, our selection of steaks and chops or our larger cuts such as a rack or leg of lamb are sure to please. Try replacing ground beef with ground lamb in your favorite recipes or using bones and stew meat for a savory pot of lamb stew.
